ABadAvatar

These archives are designed to be extracted straight onto a USB drive that has been pre-formatted on an Xbox 360 console.
If you haven't formatted your USB on the console yet, do that first.

All the packages come with ABadAvatar 1.3 and XeUnshackle Autoskip.
The non-barebones packages include fakeanim, with the original Xbox 360 boot animation.

Then there are packages with xbGuard as a stealth server. This is required for the older dashboards to work (and the console must be connected to the internet).

All packages include Aurora whether it is default or not. This comes in handy for the file manager, launching XEX files without custom shortcuts, and the FTP server.
It can be launched by navigating to System Settings in the guide.

Finally, please remember: I am not GrimDoomer.
I did not create BadUpdate. I did not create ABadAvatar. I haven't compiled a single piece of code for the 360.
I've simply thrown together a bunch of ZIP files for you to be lazy.

Barebones

No stealth server, no fakeanim. Just the exploit and not much else. A good one to build from.

Default dashboard
You want barebones, this is as barebones as it gets.

Aurora dashboard
Just as barebones, but with Aurora instead. I lovingly call this the "just getting started" configuration.

Fakeanim

Basically the same as barebones, but plays the original Xbox 360 boot animation after the exploit completes.

It'll look really weird, seeing the original boot animation but the metro dashboard. But hey - each to their own.

Well, at least there are NXE and Blades skins for Aurora to match the boot animation...

xbGuard

If you want to play online or use the older dashboards, you need a stealth server that supports them.

My personal configuration. Where I started, where it should have stayed.

Kinect dashboard
NXE but flat and white. Very exciting when it first appeared. It'll also be weird seeing the OG boot animation followed by this, but I really don't want to make a tenth version of these archives...

What, were nine choices of configuration not enough for you?
Some people just can't be pleased...
